Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support. Schedule includes clinic hours Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-noon with 24-hour call. Cases include D&C, laparoscopy, NSTs, cesareans, circumcisions, and tubal ligations. Credentialing typically takes 30 days.

EMR: EPIC/Dragon. Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS. Board-certified with active license or IMLC required.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Board certification and active medical license or IMLC required.
• EMR proficiency with EPIC/Dragon is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work in clinic settings with 24-hour call.
• Handle obstetric cases including D&C, C-sections, and tubal ligations.
• Provide obstetric hospitalist coverage as locum tenens.

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Clinic: Monday- Thursday 730am-430pm, Friday 730am-noon, 24-hr call
• Practice Setting: In clinic and 24 hr call
• Types of Cases: Suction dilation and curettage (D&C), Laparoscopy, Read Obstetrical non-stress test (NST), Caesareans, Circumcisions, Tubal Ligations
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC/Dragon
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS)
• Board certified and active state license or interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required
