Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Michigan RN licensure required.
• BLS/CPR required.
• ACLS preferred; obtain within timelines.
• PALS preferred; obtain within set timeframes.
• Experience in specialty areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and needs across physical, psychological, and social domains.
• Develop and implement care plans with nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Perform nursing procedures and assist physicians per standards.
• Prioritize patient care with available resources and time.
• Educate patients and families and document care accurately.
• Maintain patient safety and comply with policies.
• Demonstrate professionalism and participate in staff development.
• Coordinate care and assign tasks to support staff when needed.
