Job summary

Evolutio is seeking a Consultant to engage with clients and implement our observability strategy. You will gather requirements, groom data, configure alerts, deliver dashboards, and integrate monitoring with tools like PagerDuty and ServiceNow.

Role is remote with travel up to 25% (often <10%), including training and planning sessions. You will lead client sessions, train teams, and communicate with stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Production Operations, Systems Administration, or Software Development.
• Understanding of how distributed applications work together to complete a business process.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions with external clients and provide technical support.
• Train teams on technical implementations and best practices.
• Communicate daily with clients and colleagues globally.
• Analyze data and create action-oriented metrics.
• Create data visualizations with business context.
• Solve complex problems using observability, AI, and monitoring tools.
• Integrate different technology stacks.
• Gather and document client requirements.
• Configure and tune alerts and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in planning sessions and project management activities.
• Be reliable: timecards on time and punctual for meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

3+ years in Production Operations, Systems Administration, or Software Development
