Evolutio is seeking a remote Consultant in the United States to help implement our observability strategy with clients. You will gather requirements, groom data, configure alerts, and deliver dashboards aligned with our standards while integrating the monitoring platform with tools like PagerDuty and ServiceNow to enable automatic alerting for critical issues.

Summary

As a Consultant at Evolutio, you will regularly engage with clients to implement our market-leading observability strategy.

About the role

This role involves gathering requirements, grooming data, configuring and tuning alerts, proposing and delivering dashboards based on our standards, and integrating the monitoring platform with other operational tools in the client’s landscape (such as PagerDuty and ServiceNow) to enable automatic alerting for critical performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead working sessions with external clients and stakeholders and provide related technical support.
• Train teams on technical implementations and best practices.
• Communicate daily with our clients and colleagues across the globe.

• Solve complex problems using a variety of observability, AI and monitoring tools.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Production Operations, Systems Administration, or Software Development.
• Demonstrated understanding of how distributed applications work together to complete a business process for an organization.

Preferred skills and experience

• Consulting experience in any industry.
• Experience in monitoring and performance tools (Appdynamics, Splunk, and Datadog are a plus).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exposure to various platforms, including authentication, cloud, .NET, Java, or mobile.
• Exposure to middleware components such as web servers, app servers, messaging, or integration.
• Understanding of APIs and basic integration techniques.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) concepts.
• Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and security principles.
