Job summary

Runtime is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Observability / AI) to manage end-to-end customer onboarding, deployment, and troubleshooting for an enterprise-grade observability platform.

You will integrate the product with customers' existing observability tools, assist onboarding of their infrastructure, and lead the room when issues arise, debugging and driving fixes with the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience with observability or SRE tooling and ecosystems.
• Cloud and container deployment knowledge in AWS and Kubernetes.
• Able to diagnose issues and drive fixes without escalation.
• Excellent communication under pressure and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship end-to-end from onboarding to deployment.
• Troubleshoot platform integrations with a customer’s observability stack.
• Drive incident resolution and coordinate with engineering as needed.
• Translate customer pain into actionable product fixes and enhancements.
