You will help shape how teams interact with the observability platform, leveraging automation to boost efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and enable faster, smarter issue resolution. This role emphasizes scalable backend systems and AI-driven automation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or platform development.
- Proficient in Java or similar backend technologies.
- Experience building APIs, microservices and scalable backend systems.
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and cloud architecture.
- Familiarity with observability tools and SRE practices.
- Strong collaboration across teams and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end onboarding automation and observability integrations.
- Enhance onboarding management, client support, and issue troubleshooting.
- Design scalable automation to eliminate manual steps in onboarding workflows.
- Maintain and improve the SRE Intake platform for usability and performance.
- Explore AI/ML and Azure features to improve automation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with client teams to build dashboards and monitors.
