In this role, you will lead a team to enhance the visibility and efficiency of the platform, optimizing costs and implementing innovative AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed systems and observability practices, ensuring reliable production systems while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration among engineering teams. This is a full-time remote role across the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading infrastructure or observability teams with production reliability.
• Experience with modern observability platforms across logs and metrics.
• Strong understanding of incident response workflows and SLO design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers for observability and cost engineering platforms.
• Define strategy for instrumentation standards and observability libraries.
• Partner with finance and security teams to improve system health visibility.
