Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an organized Scheduler for Yankee Rd OB/GYN in Ohio. The role handles daily patient and physician scheduling, performs front desk duties, verifies insurance, and coordinates registrations and co-pays to ensure smooth clinic flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience; medical office and scheduling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment times to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
