Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare, strong communication, and Windows-based system proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory and operations management experience in healthcare.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems; knowledge of insurance plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily non-physician operations in outpatient offices to ensure efficient workflows.
• Manage front desk, billing, and scheduling; coordinate staff assignments.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate clinical staff; monitor compliance.
• Ensure patient flow, quality care, and adherence to policies.
