Job summary

Women’s Care in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the Practice Manager with daily clinical operations and staff oversight. You will coordinate between patient access and the clinical area to ensure safe, compliant care and smooth workflows.

Applicants should be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with OB/GYN or maternal care experience and strong leadership skills. EHR proficiency and MS Office knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN with OB/GYN office or maternal care unit experience.
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficient with EHR systems and medical office protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and staff.
• Ensure HIPAA, CMS and DOH compliance across locations.
• Manage medications, nursing care, and provider support during exams.
• Recruit, train, and develop clinical support staff.
• Maintain safety and regulatory certifications for the unit.
