Job summary

Women’s Care is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the Practice Manager in day-to-day clinical operations at our Jacksonville facility. The role involves supervising nurses, MAs, sonographers, and phlebotomists, ensuring smooth patient flow and adherence to policies.

The ideal candidate has RN or LPN licensure with preferred OB/GYN experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with EHR systems. This position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced women’s health

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with current license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years OB/GYN office or Maternal Care Unit experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in clinical setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical patient area and support teams.
• Ensure clinic locations comply with HIPAA, CMS, and DOH regulations.
• Perform nursing care and assist providers during exams and procedures.
• Lead staff development, training, and evaluations of clinical support staff.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment; maintain safety standards.
• Coordinate audits and licensing compliance; address staff concerns.
