Job summary

Valley Health System seeks a capable supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff within the Practice(s), under the guidance of the Director, Physician Services. An associate degree is required, with a bachelor’s preferred, and at least two years of supervisory experience in a physician’s practice is desired.

Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Meditech.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience in a physician’s practice preferred.
• Experience in physician management operations desirable; strong staff coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervision of staff within the Practice(s).
• Ensure high quality patient care and customer service across sites.
• Coordinate with Director, Physician Services on strategic goals.
• Maintain compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Foster a collaborative, high-functioning team environment.
