Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Idaho.
• Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy.
• Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System.
