Ascent Global Logistics, Inc. in Belleville, MI, is seeking an OBC Operations Agent to handle day-to-day On-Board Courier activities, including timely email responses, building Peak shipments, loading quotes, and tracking movements.

You will work cross-functionally with the MX team, create shipments with customer details, and deliver precise, competitive quotes while maintaining accurate documentation throughout the Hand carry lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Basic geography knowledge of USA, Mexico, Canada.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer emails promptly and build Peak shipments.
• Quote loads and track running shipments.
• Create new OBC shipments with customer information.
• Communicate quote requests to customers by phone or email.
• Assemble quotes for On-Board Courier services.
• Document events throughout the Hand carry lifecycle using templates.
• Assist with auditing and carrier evaluations.
• Provide quality customer service.
