Job summary

Ascent Global Logistics, Inc. seeks an experienced NFO Desk On-site Manager to lead a 10-person team at our Belleville, MI campus. You will supervise specialists, ensure SOP adherence, and coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver time-critical shipments.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and report KPIs to leadership, while maintaining service quality in a fast-paced environment.”

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics teams in time-critical environments.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise NFO Specialists and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee order processing from entry to final delivery following SOPs.
• Monitor queues, response times, and KPI trends; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and improve SOPs, training, and process improvements.
