Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the logistics or time-critical freight industry, specifically NFO/AOG.
• Hands-on experience with Next Flight Out shipments, systems, and vendor operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of air freight transportation modes and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise NFO Time Critical Specialists and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee shipment processing from order entry to final delivery ensuring SOP adherence.
• Engage with clients, carriers, and vendors to ensure seamless NFO logistics execution.
• Monitor analytics and report KPIs; support SOP improvements and cost control.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to align TMS with NFO requirements.
