Job summary

Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking an OB Technician to join its per diem night shift team in New Jersey. You will support Labor/Delivery/Recovery/Postpartum care under a Registered Nurse and cooperate with physicians, patients, families and hospital staff.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and BLS certification; CNA/MA/EMT training is considered. You will perform birth certificate tasks and related clerical duties to ensure smooth LDRP operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• BLS certification required within 30 days.
• Completion of CNA/MA/EMT/Paramedic Training or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients across neonatal to adult ages while working under a Registered Nurse.
• Assist physicians, patients, families, and hospital staff in the LDRP setting.
• Complete and process birth certificates and declarations of paternity forms.
• Perform related clerical duties to support Labor/Delivery/Recovery/Postpartum operations.
