An OB RN Director role in Michigan seeks an experienced leader to guide a labor and delivery team. You will oversee patient care, mentor staff, ensure clinical standards, and drive performance improvements in a supportive hospital setting.

Candidates should hold an active Michigan RN license, an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), and relevant certifications (NRP, AWHONN-EFM, STABLE). The position offers Monday–Friday day shifts, a competitive salary, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Certifications in NRP, AWHONN-EFM, AWHONN-POEP, and STABLE preferred or within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee OB department patient care.
• Identify and address issues affecting clinical service delivery.
• Conduct performance improvement studies and support initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for staff and external contacts on patient care and standards.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and healthcare standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, education, and evaluations.
• Provide patient education in Labor and Delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
