Modern Machining Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced OB RN Director to lead a team delivering high-quality care to mothers and newborns. You’ll mentor staff, oversee patient care using the nursing process, and drive improvement initiatives to ensure clinical excellence.

The role requires an active Michigan RN license, BLS-HCP certification, and prior Labor and Delivery leadership experience. Relocation/sign-on bonuses are available; in-person work at the listed location.

Qualificações

• Current Michigan RN license
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• BLS-HCP certification required
• 4 years of Labor and Delivery experience (preferred)
• 2 years of healthcare leadership experience (preferred)
• NRP, AWHONN-EFM, AWHONN-POEP, STABLE certifications (current or within 1 year)
• Annual influenza vaccination or declination required

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee patient care in the OB department, utilizing the nursing process.
• Identify and address issues affecting clinical service delivery.
• Conduct performance improvement studies and support related initiatives.
• Act as a resource for staff and external contacts regarding patient care, flow, and clinical standards.
• Ensure departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and healthcare standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations.
• Provide and coordinate educational needs for patients, specifically in Labor and Delivery.
