Career Crunch is seeking an OB RN Director in Michigan to lead Labor and Delivery operations, coordinating nursing care and clinical standards. The role requires an RN license with an associate degree (bachelor's preferred) and leadership experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities include performance improvement initiatives, staff development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in Michigan.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for OB patients using nursing process.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting delivery of clinical services.
• Perform PI studies and support implementation of PI initiatives.
• Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on patient care, flow, and standards.
• Monitor compliance with accreditation, legal, and Joint Commission.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, education, and performance evaluations.
• Provide patient education, specifically Labor and Delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
