Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is assisting in recruiting an experienced OB RN Director in Michigan to lead the Labor & Delivery team and drive high-quality, patient-centered care for mothers and newborns.

The role focuses on clinical leadership, staff development, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. In-person, full-time, daytime schedule is typical, with a competitive annual compensation package and sign-on/relocation incentives.

Qualificações

• Current Michigan RN license and ADN, Bachelor's preferred.
• BLS for healthcare providers certification.
• 4 years Labor and Delivery experience; 2 years leadership preferred.
• NRP, AWHONN-EFM, AWHONN-POEP and STABLE certifications current or within 1 year.
• Annual influenza vaccination or declination required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee patient care in the OB department, utilizing the nursing process.
• Identify and address issues affecting clinical service delivery.
• Conduct performance improvement studies and support the implementation of related initiatives.
• Act as a resource for staff and external contacts regarding patient care, flow, and clinical standards.
• Ensure departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and healthcare standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations.
• Provide and coordinate educational needs for patients, specifically in Labor and Delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
