The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced OB RN Director in Michigan to lead a team delivering high-quality care to mothers and newborns. You will guide and mentor nurses, ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction and adherence to clinical standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating OB care, leading performance improvements, and staffing/education. BLS-HCP, NRP, AWHONN certifications are preferred, with a strong nursing leadership background.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ADN acceptable with progression toward BSN.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee OB department patient care using nursing process.
• Identify issues affecting clinical service delivery and drive improvements.
• Lead performance improvement studies and support initiative implementation.
• Serve as resource on patient care, flow, and clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, legal, and healthcare standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, education, and evaluations.
• Provide education for patients in Labor and Delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
