Job Juncture in Hancock Township, MI is seeking an experienced OB RN Director to lead a team delivering exceptional care to mothers and newborns. The role guides nursing staff, ensures high standards, and promotes patient satisfaction.

The position offers a salary range of $101,172 to $136,594 annually with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible applicants, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license and an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• 4 years of experience in Labor and Delivery (preferred).
• 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare (preferred).
• Certifications in NRP, AWHONN-EFM, AWHONN-POEP, and STABLE (current or within 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee patient care in the OB department, utilizing the nursing process.
• Identify and address issues affecting clinical service delivery.
• Conduct performance improvement studies and support the implementation of related initiatives.
• Act as a resource for staff and external contacts regarding patient care, flow, and clinical standards.
• Ensure departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and healthcare standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations.
• Provide and coordinate educational needs for patients, specifically in Labor and Delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
