KingRecruitingServices seeks an experienced OB RN Director to lead a team delivering exceptional care to mothers and newborns in Hancock, MI. You will mentor staff, ensure high-quality care, and drive patient satisfaction in a critical department.

You will oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and educational initiatives while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and accreditation requirements. In-person, first-line leadership role with competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Current Michigan RN license.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS-HCP certification required.
• 4 years Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
• 2 years leadership experience preferred.
• Certifications in NRP, AWHONN-EFM, AWHONN-POEP, and STABLE current or within 1 year.
• Annual influenza vaccination or declination.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and oversee patient care in the OB department using the nursing process.
• Identify and address issues affecting clinical service delivery.
• Conduct performance improvement studies and support related initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for staff and external contacts on patient care and standards.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and healthcare standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, education, and performance evaluations.
• Provide educational needs for patients in Labor and Delivery.
