Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an experienced OB RN Director to lead a team delivering high-quality care to mothers and newborns. You will guide staff, ensure care standards, and drive patient satisfaction in a community-focused setting.

The role emphasizes leadership in Labor and Delivery, education coordination, performance improvement, and strict adherence to clinical and accreditation standards. In-person work in Michigan with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license
• BLS-HCP certification
• 4 years of Labor and Delivery experience (preferred)
• 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare (preferred)
• NRP, AWHONN-EFM, AWHONN-POEP, STABLE certifications (current or within 1 year)
• Annual influenza vaccination or declination required

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee OB patient care using the nursing process
• Identify and address issues affecting clinical service delivery in OB
• Conduct performance improvement studies and support initiatives
• Act as a resource for staff and external contacts on patient care and standards
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, legal, and healthcare standards
• Manage staff scheduling, education, and evaluations
• Provide and coordinate patient education in Labor and Delivery
• Perform additional duties as assigned
