Job summary

Fox Point Recruitment LLC seeks an OB Director (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Hancock, MI. You will lead obstetrical nursing care in a Level I Maternal Care setting, ensuring high-quality outcomes and staff development, reporting to the CNO.

You will drive PI initiatives, oversee education programs, and coordinate patient and family education in Labor and Delivery, while maintaining regulatory compliance and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Michigan with an ADN.
• Hands-on Labor & Delivery experience required.
• BLS Health Care Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct obstetrical nursing care and clinical oversight.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staff scheduling and educational development.
• Coordinate patient and family education in Labor and Delivery.
• Serve as a clinical resource to nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams.
