Job summary

Woodlawn Health is seeking an OB RN for a part-time day shift to join our obstetric and newborn care team in Indiana. The role focuses on delivering compassionate OB and nursery care, monitoring mothers and newborns, and supporting a smooth patient flow.

Requirements include an Indiana RN license, OB and neonatal care experience, fetal monitoring, and BLS certification. ACLS/NRP must be obtained within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Indiana.
• Experience in OB and newborn care is required.
• Fetal monitoring experience is required.
• Post-Partum/Nursery care experience is preferred.
• BLS certification required or obtain prior to patient care.
• ACLS and NRP certifications must be obtained within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess assigned patients and provide care including medications and IV therapy.
• Initiate and modify care plans and discharge planning.
• Support physicians and transcribe orders accurately.
• Coordinate with team and supervise care provided by others.
• Document observations accurately in medical records.
• Facilitate efficient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
