Indiana University Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit (Day Shift, Part Time) to join a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and aligning with IU Health's ethics and standards.

Qualified candidates will have an ASN with preferably a BSN, an active Indiana RN license (or NLC), BLS certification, and a track record in

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions may apply with >2 years acute care experience.
• BLS certification required; other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate competent, evidence-based care across the care continuum (assessment to evaluation).
• Participate in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.
