Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Indiana.
• Experience in OB and fetal monitoring is required.
• Must maintain BLS, ACLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and coordinate care appropriately.
• Modify care plans and initiate discharge planning.
• Direct and evaluate nursing care provided by team members.
• Communicate effectively with all team members.
• Facilitate efficient admission and discharge processes.

Skills

Prior OB experience

Fetal monitoring

Basic computer and keyboard skills

Excellent communication

Ability to adapt to variations in scheduling

Education

Current RN license in Indiana

Basic Life Support certification

Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within one year

Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification within one year

S.T.A.B.L.E. certification
