Job summary

Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to deliver classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students. The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, maintains an active RN license, and has at least 3 years of RN experience with a passion for education and student success.

Qualifications

• Must hold MSN or higher nursing degree and current RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Experience teaching or precepting nursing students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Deliver high-quality nursing education and evaluate student performance.
• Maintain attendance records and prepare progress/grade reports.
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to support student success.
• Attend meetings and stay current in nursing practice and education.
