Job summary

Macomb Oakland Obstetrics PC is seeking an organized clinical professional to support OB/GYN procedures and patient care. You will assist with office workflows, charting, and patient coordination in a busy practice.

The role requires familiarity with Allscripts EMR and MS Office, with preference for those who can cross-train as Medical Assistants and maintain a calm, patient-centered approach throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent clinical knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Experience with EMR systems (Allscripts preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set up and assist with office procedures.
• Provide non-stress test setup.
• Maintain professionalism and calm under busy schedules.
• Meet multiple deadlines and chart 30–35 patients per day.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support physician directives.
• Cross-trained to Medical Assistant duties as needed.
