Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with hospital-based systems (Medic/MISYS/Tiger or similar) is preferred.
• Ability to organize, file, prioritize multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet patients.
• Schedule appointments and check-in patients.
• Assist with filing, retrieving records and routine clerical duties.
• Enter charges and payments in MISYS/Tiger or similar system.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent service.
