Bronson OBGYN in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a Practice Registered Nurse for full-time coverage (40 hrs/wk). You’ll perform general nursing duties, record vitals, assess patients, educate families, and support providers. Excellent communication, confidentiality, and teamwork are essential.

Requirements include a nursing degree (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor), Michigan RN licensure, and BLS. The role involves triage, chart reviews, and coordinating tests and referrals.

Formación

• Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Licensed RN in good standing with the State of Michigan required
• BLS certification required
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, doctors and staff
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills with clinical systems

Responsabilidades

• Provide general nursing duties under provider direction
• Record vital signs and initial patient assessment
• Educate patients and families on medications and care
• Triage calls and determine urgency and appointments
• Assist providers with procedures and examinations
• Maintain patient records and documentation accuracy
• Coordinate admissions, referrals and prescriptions
