Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs, initial patient assessment, and patient education.
• Prepare for appointments and maintain chart documentation per standard.
• Triage calls; assess urgency and scheduling needs.
• Assist in minor and emergency procedures per physician instructions.
• Coordinate tests, referrals, and medication requests; document results.
