Job summary

Corewell Health — Big Rapids OB/GYN site — seeks an experienced operations leader to manage daily activities, staffing, and patient services. You will ensure quality, adherence to policies, and a supportive environment for patients and staff across OB/GYN and visiting specialties.

In this role, you will oversee budgeting, payroll preparation, and staff performance, driving engagement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality services through policy adherence and staff education.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork across departments.
• Experience with budgeting, labor and payroll within a medical practice.
• Clinical background with leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day delivery of quality services at the site.
• Promote patient satisfaction and a respectful environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate on operational and capital budgets and manage labor and expenses.
• Recruitment, performance monitoring, and staff development, with HR collaboration.
