Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a full-time, BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join our Grand Rapids Generalist team. The role includes backup coverage, consultation, and on‑call obstetrics/gynecology care in an interdisciplinary model at Butterworth Hospital.

Deliveries occur at Butterworth with strong gynecology demand and midwifery collaboration. In-house 12-hour shifts and a focus on team-based care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be BE/BC in OB/GYN.
• Michigan MD/DO license upon hire or active license.
• DEA registration upon hire.
• BLS required; ACLS if required by specialty or stress testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide backup coverage and consultation within an interdisciplinary model.
• Deliver obstetrics/gynecology care on-call.
• Participate in team-based care with midwives.
• Support teaching and clinical oversight.
