Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Ann Arbor is seeking a compassionate Practice Manager to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the OBGYN practices, ensuring profitability, revenue goals and CORE metrics while maintaining high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes staff satisfaction, access for patients, and a collaborative culture. You will lead staffing, training, audits, and continuous process improvements across the clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Practice Management Certification or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a medical office or similar setting; two years supervising non-exempt staff required.
• Experience managing practice profitability, revenue goals and CORE metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directs internal practice operations; builds benchmarks and reports progress.
• Researches and implements process improvements.
• Collaborates with SMD, providers and management to shape vision and CORE plan.
• Suggests improvements to processes and patient experience.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and coaching.
• Maintains staff scheduling, time and attendance.
• Evaluates staff performance and handles promotions/discipline.
• Ensures physician documentation and coding audit program.
• Supports quality improvement and disease management initiatives.
