The role includes a competitive base salary starting at $300,000 plus productivity incentives, a manageable on-call schedule of about 1:6, and a potential partnership path with relocation and CME support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Residents completing OB/GYN training in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Manage routine and complex women’s health conditions.
• Deliver prenatal, postpartum, and preventative gynecologic care.
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures within your scope of practice.
• Participate in a shared call rotation.
• Collaborate with fellow physicians and clinical staff.
• Build lasting patient relationships while maintaining high standards of care.
