Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physicians for a premier women’s health practice in Murfreesboro, TN, near Nashville.

This physician-led group offers a collaborative environment and strong patient base with opportunities for professional advancement and potential partnership. Starting salary is $300,000+ with productivity incentives and a call schedule of approximately 1:6.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Residents completing OB/GYN training in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Manage routine and complex women’s health conditions.
• Deliver prenatal, postpartum, and preventive gynecologic care.
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures within your scope of practice.
• Participate in a shared call rotation.
• Collaborate with fellow physicians and clinical staff.
• Build lasting patient relationships while maintaining high standards of care.
