This role offers a starting salary of $300,000+ with productivity incentives, a manageable call schedule of about 1:6, and a clear path toward potential partnership, with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure.
• Residents finishing OB/GYN training in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Manage routine and complex women's health conditions.
• Deliver prenatal and postpartum care.
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures within scope.
• Participate in shared call rotation.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff.
• Build lasting patient relationships with high standards of care.
