Join a premier OB/GYN practice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, just outside Nashville. Board-certified or board-eligible physicians are invited to join a respected women’s health team with a strong patient base and physician-led culture.

The role offers a starting salary of $300,000+ with productivity incentives, a call schedule of about 1:6, and an available partnership pathway. Residency completion in 2027 or 2028 is encouraged.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Residency completion in 2027 or 2028 encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Manage routine and complex women's health conditions.
• Deliver prenatal, postpartum, and preventive care.
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures within scope.
• Participate in a shared call rotation.
• Collaborate with fellow physicians and staff.
• Build lasting patient relationships with high standards.
