Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physicians for a premier womens health practice in Murfreesboro, TN, just outside Nashville. This physician-led private practice offers a collaborative environment with an established patient base.

The role supports a 1:6 call schedule and a pathway to partnership, with a starting salary of $300,000+ plus productivity incentives and a comprehensive benefits package for long-term professional growth.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
• Residents completing OB/GYN training in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
• Manage both routine and complex women9s health conditions
• Deliver prenatal, postpartum, and preventative gynecologic care
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures within your scope of practice
• Participate in a shared call rotation
• Collaborate with fellow physicians and clinical staff
• Build lasting patient relationships while maintaining high standards of care
