RRC Solutions Group is actively seeking a General OB/GYN to join our physician-led, well-established practice in Fulton, Maryland. This full-time, in-person role includes clinic, call, and administrative duties with new graduates welcome to apply.

The position offers a robust compensation package: $300,000 base salary plus $30,000 SOB, $30,000 yearly productivity bonus, and a $30,000 retention bonus after one year, with total compensation potentially reaching $400,000 annually.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Maryland medical licensure
• New graduates welcome

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians)
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
