Job summary

We are seeking a full-time General OB/GYN to join a well-established, physician-led practice in Fulton, Maryland. The role combines clinic duties, call, and administrative responsibilities, welcoming new graduates who are eager to provide comprehensive women’s health services.

Compensation includes base salary, bonuses totaling up to $400k annually, competitive benefits, and relocation support. The position emphasizes collaboration within a supportive team and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure required.
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.
