Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a General Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join a well‑established, physician‑led practice in Fulton, Maryland.

This full‑time, in‑person role blends clinic, call, and administrative duties, welcoming new graduates and offering a comprehensive team environment focused on women's health. The position features a total annual compensation potential of up to $400,000, including a base salary of $300k plus $30k SOB, $30k productivity bonus, and $30k retention

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.
