H. T. PROF Group is seeking a full-time General OB/GYN to join a well-established, physician-led practice in Fulton, MD. The role combines clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities with new graduates welcome to apply.

Compensation includes $300K base plus $30K SOB, $30K productivity bonus, and $30K retention bonus after 1 year; total compensation can be up to $400K per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, CME, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Maryland medical licensure

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians)
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
