Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Pelvic Health: Pineville OB/GYN: Urogynecology team in Pineville, NC. The role supports patient assessments, lab procedures, and peri-procedural care in a busy OB/GYN setting.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with occasional variation. Travel to sister locations in Cabarrus and Mercy may be required; holidays, weekends, and on-call duties are not part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state in which the team member practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers within 45 days if required by department leadership.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and room patients, record vitals and health information.
• Perform basic laboratory procedures using aseptic technique.
• Assist physicians with pelvic exams and related procedures.
• Administer medications under orders, including IV therapy within scope.
• Provide patient education and coordinate tests, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Document patient status and communicate with the care team.
• Perform advanced clinical tasks under supervision as competency allows.
• Maintain orderly exam rooms and equipment, and manage supplies.
