Advocate Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Charlotte, NC for a full-time, on-site role at the OBGYN Morehead clinic. The position schedules Monday through Friday, 8a–5p, with a pay range of $47.50–$71.25 per hour.

Base compensation is accompanied by shift differentials and incentive opportunities, with comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required.
• RN license required to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Board certification in appropriate specialty preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial and periodic medical history and physical examinations and daily assessments.
• Record examination findings and plan of care.
• Perform minor office-based medical/surgical procedures.
• Write prescriptions and administer medications.
• Order and interpret daily lab and radiology examinations.
• Determine treatment plans for patients.
• Document all patient encounters in medical records.
• Advocate for patients and participate in group meetings and policy development.
