Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Full-time LPN in GCMG Sexual Health - Obstetrics/Gynecology. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, assisting in procedures, administering medications, and coordinating follow-up care.

Qualified candidates hold a NC LPN license with BLS, completed an accredited Practical Nursing program, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. 40-hour week with benefits and potential sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required in the state where the team member practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 45 days unless exempted by department leader.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and rooms the patient for exam by obtaining vital signs and updating health information.
• Performs basic laboratory procedures and procedures under supervision.
• Assists physician with procedures and surgeries such as pelvic exams and colposcopy.
• Administers medications under physician orders and manages IV therapy within scope.
• Provides patient education and coordinates referrals and follow-ups.
• Communicates with physicians and healthcare team; documents patient status.
