Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front office medical assistant or medical reception experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance verification and eligibility.
• OB/GYN or women’s health experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC, NextGen, or Intergy preferred.
• Must be punctual for early start time.
• Professional, organized, and able to manage a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open the office daily and prepare front desk for patient arrivals at 7:30 AM.
• Greet and check in patients professionally.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Handle incoming calls and front office coordination.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems.
• Collect co-pays and assist with basic billing inquiries.
